rotarX hybrid slip rings for power, signal and coaxial transmission
The hybrid slip rings with coaxial transmission are also called high frequency slip rings or coaxial slip rings. The slip rings are used for continuous transmission of high frequency and high speed signals between fixed and rotating parts.
The hybrid slip rings can be equipped with 1 to max. 4 coaxial lines and 72 standard electrical lines. The electrical lines can be equipped as max. 36 power lines with 10A or 72 signal lines with max. 5A.
The housing is made of solid aluminium and thus offers maximum protection for the components of the power and signal transmissions.
Hybrid slip rings for electrical transmission combine the most advanced fiber brush technology with precious metal or gold-to-gold multi-contacts, they offer low electrical noise for fieldbus transmission at high data rates, low contact pressure for long life and are maintenance-free.
