Repair and return
If we should ever fail to do so, we are quick and solution-oriented in finding a solution. Your request in the form of a repair or return is handled conveniently and easily using the standardized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. If you have any questions about the form, please feel free to contact us directly.
If you urgently need a replacement unit, please send us a separate order indicating that it is a replacement unit. If we have received the damaged unit and determine that a warranty case exists, you will receive credit for the replacement unit.
Cost estimate: Will only be created if this is marked accordingly in the RMA form. Please note that we will charge an estimate and inspection costs if you do not wish to have the offered repair performed.
Please note the following points when processing:
- Use the RMA form
- Fill out as completely as possible and send
- Describe us your request
- Enclose RMA confirmation with the return shipment
